Sourav Ganguly gets trolled for his Tweet on My11Circle
Sourav Ganguly trolled for his tweet on My11Circle.
Sourav Ganguly has been quite vocal about the latest happenings of Indian Cricket since becoming the President of BCCI. Be his comments on Split-captaincy, MS Dhoni’s retirement, Day-Night Tests, or Rishabh Pant’s poor keeping.
However, his Tweet after India’s sensational victory over Bangladesh in the second T20I hasn’t gone well. Sourav Ganguly was highlighting the competitiveness of the T20I series, but while posting this, he also requested fans to beat his team on My11Circle.
Here’s the original Tweet of Sourav Ganguly.
The #INDvsBAN series is on fire! The excitement continues in the 3rd match with series levelled. Will #TeamIndia keep up the winning streak or will Bangladesh bounce back? Beat my team on @My11Cirlce & Win Big. Make Your Team Now!

Netizens, however, were bemused by Ganguly’s Tweet highlighting My11Circle. Some said this could lead to a conflict of interest, while some said we don’t expect this from a BCCI President.
We all know that Sourav Ganguly was associated with My11Circle prior to becoming the BCCI president. But, is he still allowed to promote it even after acquiring such a powerful post?
Well, we don’t have an answer for that, but Twitterati was as usual quick to turn the post into a humorous content.
Here’s how Twitterati trolled Sourav Ganguly for his comments on My11Circle.
Isn't this a case of conflict of interest considering you're now the BCCI chief or is it permitted? 😅

Meanwhile, Team India is getting ready to play the decider against Bangladesh in Nagpur on November 10. Considering Nagpur’s pitch, it should assist spinners, and should yield a lot of runs.
