Team South Africa have been one of the most consistent teams at the ICC events, but unfortunately, they own no silverware to show off. This time around too, they are a balanced squad with a nice blend of fresh blood and experience.
So, do they have a lineup which can bat deep? Do they lack an able pace bowling all-rounder?
Let’s look at how South Africa squad is placed for World Cup 2019.

CONCLUSION:
South Africa, in my opinion, is the best team to not have won a World Cup. The round-robin format may just help them in the cause, as it gives a little more of breathing space.
The South Africans would be itching to prove a point to themselves, let alone others. This team has all, what it takes to win the title. The question remains, whether they can hold their nerves and not infamously choke again.
We wish the best for the South Africans, as we do for everyone else.
