Twitter sends mixed reactions after seeing the official away jersey of Team India for World Cup 2019.
After BCCI unveiled the much-awaited away jersey for Team India, people all over Social Media have been voicing their opinions on the jersey.
While some associated the jersey with the color of pride, sacrifice, love, etc., and are happy with the color, some brought out their political agendas, and created sarcastic memes on it.
We all know that #BleedBlue has been the slogan for Team India since eternity now. However, with the concept introduced by ICC this year that no two teams would be allowed to wear similar color jerseys, teams have to introduce two jerseys for home and away matches.
So, with the variety of options to chose from, Team India decided to move away from their traditional blue color jersey to a more vibrant orange color jersey.
It is surprising that some people are ranting their frustration over this being a politically driven agenda.
Remember, orange isn’t just a color of a particular party, it is present in our national flag, hence definitely has some significance.
