The Cricketing World has gone crazy, and rightly so as Eoin Morgan, who just recovered from an injury smashed a record 17 sixes in an ODI against Afghanistan.
Came into bat at number 4 after the fall of Jonny Bairstow’s wicket, Eoin Morgan showed no mercy from the start.
He reached his fifty in just 36 balls, while scored his hundred in just 57 balls; thus being the fastest for England. By then, he had already hit 11 Sixes. Post his hundred, he just went berserk as smashed 48 runs from the next 14 balls he faced to take his score to 148(71) with 17 sixes.
