IPL 2022 Auction: 590 Players set to go under hammer – Final list Inside

Total 590 players set to go under the hammer as we look at the official players’ list for the IPL 2022 Mega Auction. 

After 1214 Players, who had registered for the IPL 2022 Auction, only 590 Players have been shortlisted for the Auction. The 10 franchises were given an opportunity to register their interest from the available pool of 1214 Players. So, after proper due diligence, a total of 590 Players were finalized to go under the hammer in IPL 2022 Mega Auction. 

Out of 590 Players, 48 players are set to go under the hammer at the highest base price of 2 Cr. The list includes 17 Indians and 31 overseas players. A total of 20 players will go under the hammer in INR 1.5 Cr category. This includes 3 Indians and 17 overseas players. 

Meanwhile, a total of 33 players will go under the hammer under INR 1 Cr category. This includes 10 Indians and 23 Overseas players. Additionally, INR 0.75 Cr will see a total of 25 players. Whereas INR 0.5 Cr will see a total of 26 Indian players. The INR 0.4 Cr and 0.3 Cr will see 9 Indians and 6 Indians respectively. 

So, here’s the complete finalized list of players that will go under the hammer in the IPL 2022 Mega Auction.

The INR 2 Cr base price has a total of 10 Marquee players that will be the first ones to go under the hammer. This includes 4 Indians and 6 overseas players. The Indians include Ravichandran Ashwin, Shikhar Dhawan, Mohammed Shami, and Shreyas Iyer. Whereas the overseas players include David Warner, Pat Cummins, Quinton de Kock, Faf du Plessis, Kagiso Rabada, and Trent Boult.
