Kolkata Knight Riders Best Playing 11

The Kolkata Knight Riders will face a big dilemma in playing one between Phil Salt and Rahmanullah Gurbaz. Both are aggressive wicket-keepers, and with KKR in need of a keeper in their playing 11, one of these two will definitely play. While Gurbaz is a retained player, Phil Salt came in as a replacement for Jason Roy. Between two, Salt seems more potent, and is also one of the preferred openers for England, so has to play above Gurbaz.

Supporting Salt will most-likely be Venkatesh Iyer, who will be itching to perform after being dropped from the national side.  Meanwhile, For the middle-order, KKR have three solid options in the form of Nitish Rana, Shreyas Iyer, and Rinku Singh. This is a solid middle-order, and with the return of Shreyas Iyer, KKR have a formidable top 5. 

With a formidable top 5, the lower-order for KKR is also strong with the likes of Andre Russell, Manish Pandey, and Sunil Narine. Sunrisers Hyderabad Best Predicted Playing 11 

The first important question for SRH will be the selection of their opening combination. Last year, they saw Mayank Agarwal and Abhishek Sharma for most of the matches. But with Travis Head in the squad, SRH are unlikely to continue with the same opening combination. So, we should mostly see Travis Head and Mayank Agarwal as the two best openers for SRH. 

With the top 2 players set, SRH will mostly play Rahul Tripathi at number 3, Aiden Markram at number 4, and Heinrich Klaasen at the number 5 position. This is undoubtedly one of the strongest top 5 in the competition. However, all these players will have to play to full potential for Sunrisers Hyderabad to have a good chance in the competition. In addition, SRH will see Abhishek Sharma, Shahbaz Ahmed, and Washington Sundar as good lower-order players.

Finally, talking about the bowlers, SRH have Pat Cummins as the leader of the pack with good support from Bhuvneshwar Kumar and T Natarajan in the pace department.
